This consultation call is meant to see if we are on the same page. We want to make sure the services we offer align with your expectations. The purpose of this call is to answer any generic questions about our services and how they can benefit you.

During your initial appointment, we will take a deep dive into your nutrition history, relevant medical history- including reviewing labs from your referring provider, current lifestyle and what your personal health goals are. This can be used as a single consulting session to answer specific nutrition questions you may have, or as a foundation for additional follow- up sessions to help guide you to reach your goals.

The follow- up sessions are strictly for established clients that would like further guidance, someone to hold them accountable/ coach you through barriers, review current lab work, or cover additional nutrition related topics. These appointments can be scheduled as re-occurring sessions or on as needed basis.

The Meat and Potatoes

If you have some basic questions about nutrition and do not feel like you need or can afford one of our packages – then this option is for YOU. In this 60-minute consult, you will have one of our dietitians undivided attention to answer any questions you may have regarding nutrition prescription and how to make the appropriate dietary changes to optimize your health. 

Meat and Potatoes Cost: Initial Nutrition Consult $150 or Follow Up Nutrition Consult $75 (available after Initial Consult)

The Holy Trinity

Includes one 60- minute Nutrition Consult with one of our dietitians to answer any questions regarding your personal nutrition needs plus 3 months of Custom Meal Planning to help you incorporate these recommendations.

The Holy Trinity Cost: $255 (initial payment of $125 due at first appointment, followed by 2 installments of $65)

The Pope

A great option if you are looking to fine-tune your diet but need a little support along the way. Includes one 60- minute Initial Nutrition Consult, one 30- minute Follow Up Nutrition Consult, and 3 months of Custom Meal Planning. 

The Pope Cost: $300 (initial payment of $150 due at first appointment, followed by 2 installments of $75)

Dishrag Gumbo

This is the perfect option for individuals that struggle with unhealthy eating habits, lack of motivation or discipline, or have had difficulty sticking to diet or nutrition changes in the past. This package not only provides support from a dietitian with three 1:1 sessions (one 60- minute Initial Nutrition Consult and two 30- minute Follow Up Nutrition Consults) but also includes 3 months of Custom Meal Planning to help guide you in making changes.

Dishrag Gumbo Cost: $360 (initial payment of $180 due at first appointment, followed by 2 installments of $90)
