Our program offers weekly custom meal plans, complete with grocery shopping lists and dietitian tested and approved recipes. These meal plans are not only 100% customizable, interactive, and nutritionally balanced, but they are also set to fit your lifestyle, personal preferences, and health goals. If you're a self-motivated person who thrives when given clear instructions and can stick to a plan, meal planning could be the perfect tool to help you achieve your health goals.
Like any successful habit, building a strong foundation is essential– meal planning is no different. A key part of success in meal planning involves having a solid routine with regular grocery shopping, cooking, and meal prepping. While some flexibility is allowed, it also requires discipline and the commitment to follow through with your plan.
If you’re struggling with unhealthy eating habits, lack of motivation or discipline, or have had difficulty sticking to diet or nutrition changes in the past, meal planning on its own may not be the best approach. If that sounds like you, we recommend starting with a 1:1 Nutrition Counseling Session or our 3-Month Nutrition Coaching Program, and then adding meal planning to enhance these sessions.

We offer nutrition guidance with two 20- minute appointments (in person or virtual). The first to set up your profile and walk you through the application. The second is a check in call that gives you a chance to discuss concerns, make changes to your prescription, and discuss your successes.
If you feel you need more support from your dietitian, these meal plan packages pair perfectly with our counseling services. Our 1:1 Nutrition Session or 3- Month Nutrition Coaching program would be the perfect complement to your meal plan and discuss how foods affect your labs or learn how nutrition impacts your ailments.

It depends on your health insurance plan. Some insurance plans do cover meal planning services by a registered dietitian. We recommend you contact your health insurance company to specifically ask if they cover meal planning.

You have the ability to renew for another 3 months, discontinue your service, or switch to a month- to- month maintenance plan.
Month- to- month maintenance plans do not include any additional check- in calls.

Our program works best with technology, via computer or app. It is very user friendly and comes with tutorials and how-to videos. But if you’re not tech savvy, we can collaborate with you on ways to be successful.
